We post all parcels via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked Delivery, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Most Royal Mail 24 parcels arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch, while Royal Mail 48 takes 2-3 working days.

Our products are handmade, and ingredient colours/textures may vary. We may occasionally substitute ingredients or equipment of equal quality due to stock availability. This will never affect the play value or magical experience.

Due to the nature of our kits containing sensory and consumable ingredients, we are unable to accept returns on opened products.

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will happily replace or refund.
